Jerry Marcus

With over 15 years experience in land acquisition, entitlements, and permitting, Jerry brings a rare combination of analytical, financial, and real estate expertise to every deal. He's entitled and acquired land at some of the biggest names in residential development — Shea Homes, Richmond American Homes, and KB Home — giving him a ground-level understanding of what it takes to move projects from raw land to shovel-ready.

Jerry is a licensed California real estate broker. He earned a business degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University, with a background spanning business, finance, and real estate.

When he's not working a deal, you'll find Jerry on his mountain bike, or at the beach with his wife, son and dog Rocco.
